Our rates are published, quoted in United States dollars, and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Retainers cover continuing relationships; unit rates cover discrete pieces of work. Nothing is charged that a signed brief did not describe.

What is always included
- A written brief and quotation before any configuration work begins.
- A change log and a reversal note for every change made inside your environment.
- A closing note naming what was done, what was tested and what remains open.
- Thirty days of named contact after any discrete piece of work is delivered.
- All records handed to you, in your own document store, at no extra charge.
What is never charged
Travel time within the Denver metropolitan area, correspondence, and the first scope conversation are included. Where our own work produced a finding, the repair is performed at no charge. We do not bill for time spent explaining our invoices.
