The practice

Connextrix LLC is a small practice with a deliberately narrow field of work. We assess, design, set up and monitor remote access arrangements inside our clients' own environments. We do not publish anything for visitors to acquire, and we do not maintain a product.

How the practice is organised

Three roles, kept constant across engagements: a lead who owns the client relationship and the written record; an engineer who performs configuration inside the client's environment; and a reviewer who checks every deliverable before it is issued. The same reviewer signs the closing note. Clients meet all three during the first assessment and continue to work with the same people for as long as the relationship lasts.

Where we are

Our registered office is at 1550 Wewatta Street, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado 80202, in the United States. We are registered in Colorado and hold employer identification number 84-2736195. Our clients are in the United States and, occasionally, in jurisdictions whose rules we can satisfy without ambiguity.

How we think about the work

A short history

The practice began with a single observation: most organisations do not need more capability, they need a written shape for the capability they already own. That observation has survived every engagement since. Our growth has been slow and deliberate, because a practice of this kind is only as good as the stability of the people doing the work.

What we do not do

We do not serve consumers. We do not distribute, host or recommend anything for a visitor to acquire, open or run. We do not perform work on systems the client does not own or lawfully control. We do not take on engagements whose description would change if it were read aloud to the client's own board.

tp-1

Small and stable

A constant team across engagements, so context is never lost between projects.

tp-2

Client-side work

Every change happens inside the client's environment under the client's authority.

tp-3

Plain language

Deliverables written to be read by managers, not only by engineers.

A twenty-minute call is usually enough for both sides to know whether there is work worth doing together.
