What to include

Our clients are in the United States, chiefly in Colorado and the surrounding states, with occasional work for organisations elsewhere whose rules we can satisfy without ambiguity. Meetings are held at our Denver office, at client premises by arrangement, or by telephone.

Our practice is regulated by agreement rather than by a public regulator: governing law is Colorado, USA, and disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in Denver, Colorado, with a waiver of class-action proceedings as set out in our terms of service. We are happy to answer questions about that before an engagement begins.
